Services include design, construction supervision and commissioning of both Concentrators and Refineries Specializing in expansions and upgrade projects, we review options and identify solutions that will reduce risk of the upgrades. This includes working with our customers to develop appropriate implementation plans and procedures. Mineral Processing & Metallurgical EngineeringOur engineers are well versed in process plant design and operation. Our projects involve all aspects of plant engineering from the steady-state flow sheets and P&IDs to Dynamic Simulations for Control Systems Design, DCS checkout and Training. The process and control engineering expertise is supported by mechanical and electrical design specialists that ensure the processing facility meets our customer’s business requirements. We provide feasibility studies, risk analysis, conceptual design, detail design, construction supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting and optimization services to the Mining and Metals industries. We recognize the importance of reliability and maintainability in the design of the process plants and the effective collection of key data and documents necessary for the implementation of modern maintenance management and production management systems. Process OptimizationWe have developed a number of proprietary technologies that deal with industry issues, including CrushMax, KilnMax and EMACS that respectively optimize Crushers, Kilns and Dryers as well as Electro-Refining operations. Maintenance ServicesFor many customers we provide ongoing support through provision of engineering and maintenance services. These services include onsite personnel as well as remote support using a suite of proprietary access products than enable remote diagnostics and other support. In most cases, we partner with our customers to provide the same personnel from project conception to project completion and into ongoing operational and maintenance support. TrainingIn all projects, we work with the operators and provide extensive training to ensure acceptance of the process, associated technology and the key business requirements. This includes the provision of hard and soft copy training materials and full fidelity training simulators.
