Dynamics' CrushMax controller
automates stone crushing FOR

Universal
Dynamics Technologies Inc. announces the startup and successful operation
of its new CrushMax stone crushing control system. CrushMax increased
the output of crushed rock by 20% and reduced operating manpower by
2/3 at a stone crushing operation with primary, secondary and tertiary
crushers. The payback on the installation is estimated to be less than
1.5 years.
The
CrushMax control system employs Universal Dynamics' patented BrainWave
controllers along with level sensors, feed rate controllers and Universal
Dynamics substantial experience in the control and automation of stone
crushing systems. CrushMax joins the Universal Dynamics family of BrainWave
enabled industrial process control systems that include KilnMax for
rotary calcining kilns, GlassMax for glass furnaces and forehearths
and BatchMax for chemical batch reactors.
