Universal Dynamics Technologies Inc. announces the startup and successful operation of its new CrushMax stone crushing control system. CrushMax increased the output of crushed rock by 20% and reduced operating manpower by 2/3 at a stone crushing operation with primary, secondary and tertiary crushers. The payback on the installation is estimated to be less than 1.5 years.

The CrushMax control system employs Universal Dynamics' patented BrainWave controllers along with level sensors, feed rate controllers and Universal Dynamics substantial experience in the control and automation of stone crushing systems. CrushMax joins the Universal Dynamics family of BrainWave enabled industrial process control systems that include KilnMax for rotary calcining kilns, GlassMax for glass furnaces and forehearths and BatchMax for chemical batch reactors.
