We are pleased to announce that Universal Dynamics Group Ltd. and all its subsidiaries have been acquired by Andritz Ltd., the Canadian affiliate of Andritz AG of Graz, Austria.

Andritz is an international technology leader. The acquisition of Universal Dynamics is a key extension of Andritz’s growing automation group. In addition to increasing Andritz’s North American staff for engineering services, the acquisition provides the BrainWave advanced process control software for application and distribution by all of the Andritz divisions worldwide.
