Pulp and Paper

Universal Dynamics has worked on a wide range of mechanical projects in the Pulp and Paper industry. A few of these are listed here:

  • Air laid paper machine optimization and rebuild
  • Desuperheater study

  • Yankee dryer coating system design and installation

Lime and Cement

Lime storage, calcination, crushing, screening, milling, hydration and dust control systems as well as bucket and screw conveyor design are examples of some of the projects we have done in the Lime and Cement industry. We have also done complete PCC (precipitated calcium carbonate) plant layout and installation.

Chlor-Alkali

Our experience in the Chlor-Alkali industry includes the design and installation associated with:

  • Effluent treatment
  • Chlorinated water system
  • HEPA filter installation
  • Chlorine loading stations
  • New HCl plant
  • Emergency vent systems (CL2 and Ti2Cl4 )

Bulk Material Handling

The Bulk Materials Handling industry has a wide range of possible applications. Our experience ranges from the design and implementation of railcar loading/unloading stations to the rebuilding of a twin boom stacker/rake.

Mining and Mineral Processing

Universal Dynamics has designed a complete dumping, crushing, conveying and silo distribution system for 300-ton haul trucks in the mining industry. Recent projects also included a vacuum system upgrade at a smelting facility.
