BrainWave can learn - so it's easy to install! From observing normal operation of the existing control system, BrainWave^® builds its own model of the process using the existing control system tags, a response time estimate and a few clicks of the mouse. Model building is reduced by several orders of magnitude. No other advanced controller is so easy to integrate.

BrainWave is predictive, adaptive and multi-model based. Our software is smart enough to remember self-regulating process control changes and will predict their effect in order to reach the set point smoothly and rapidly. And, because BrainWave is an adaptive, multi-model controller, it automatically tracks and adapts to process and production rate changes giving you more stable control and eliminating loop tuning. No tuning......ever!

BrainWave models the effects of feedforwards to reduce variations. Our advanced regulatory controller can observe and learn the effects of feedforwards during normal operation. It will automatically model feedforward inputs and include their effects in the control action. Better yet, the feedforward models can adapt continuously.
